A run is one complete execution of a pipeline — from trigger to the last step completing (or failing). Retried steps within the same run do not count as additional runs. Test runs in the development environment are free and don't count toward your quota.
Self-hosting is available on Enterprise plans. We provide a Helm chart for Kubernetes deployments and a Docker Compose bundle for smaller setups. Your team gets full infrastructure control while we provide updates and security patches. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
We'll notify you at 80% and 100% of your limit. On the Free plan, pipelines will pause until the next billing cycle. On Pro, additional runs are billed at $0.0005 per run — we'll never hard-stop your pipelines without warning. You can set hard caps if you prefer.
Yes. We offer 6 months free on Pro for startups under 2 years old with less than $2M in funding. Open source projects with public repos get Pro free indefinitely. Reach out via the contact form and include your GitHub org link or Crunchbase profile.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you always get what you've paid for. There are no lock-in contracts on Free or Pro — cancel anytime.
By default, run data and secrets are stored in US-East (AWS us-east-1). EU data residency is available on Pro and Enterprise plans — all data stays within aws eu-west-1. Enterprise customers can request custom region pinning. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.
